Deloitte, founded in London in 1845, employs about 470,000 people1. Its AI consulting now leads with Zora AI, a platform of ready-to-deploy agents launched in March 20252.

Best for: Large companies that want ready-made finance, procurement and order-management agents, integrated with SAP or Oracle by a Big Four firm.

Not the right fit for: Companies that want named references or a published price before engaging.

What Deloitte does for a company

Zora AI agents cover finance (expense management, accruals, cash application, invoices, collections and payments), tax, audit, sourcing and procurement, human resources, IT and autonomous sales-order management. The agents show their reasoning at each step so teams can audit them. Zora runs as software-as-a-service or in the client's own cloud or data centre, integrates with SAP Joule agents and Oracle Fusion applications, and is deployed by forward-deployed engineers3.

At launch Deloitte said Zora was built on NVIDIA AI and sold as a cloud subscription, and that HPE was using it for finance and offering it on HPE Private Cloud AI2.

Published evidence

  • Beverage company (not named). Autonomous sales-order management. Deloitte reports 95% order-entry accuracy and a 90% reduction in order-entry time.3

The other figures in the launch release, such as 25% lower costs and 40% higher productivity for Deloitte's own finance team, were stated as targets rather than results2.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Pre-built agents for finance, tax, procurement and order management shorten the path to a first result.
  • Can run in the client’s own cloud or on premises.
  • Agents show their reasoning at each step, so teams can audit them.

Limits

  • Client results on the Zora page do not name the client, and the launch figures were targets.
  • Pricing is not published.
  • Built around large enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle.

Choose another option if: You run on mid-market software and want the work designed around how your company runs rather than around pre-built agents.

Pricing

Questions to ask Deloitte

  • What does a Zora subscription cost for our volume, and what does implementation add?
  • Which agents work with our ERP if it is not SAP or Oracle?
  • Can we speak with a named client using the order-management agents?
  • What happens to our configuration and data if we cancel?
